At Oluxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Oluxe watch, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Watches that have been damaged, altered, or engraved cannot be returned.

Return Process

• Return Authorization: Before returning an item, you must contact our customer service team at info@oluxe.site to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
• Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
